bedroom and bathroom are spacious and clean location is next to Gleneagles Hospital easy to access to other area only order grab car breakfast is ok with variant menu after all this hotel is superb convenience and worth the price!

Exceeded our expectation, big and spacious room, free sodas and chocolates, awesome view from our room although the room is a bit dimmed and dark. friendly and helpful hotel staff special thanks to Lyka (front office) and Amirul for assisting us specially for recommending places to visit rhru HOHO bus! Great Local food also during breakfast!

The AC is not working for the first day. I inform the staff the next morning, they did not fix it until I complain again. I tried to move to another room, the AC was in the same condition. At last they fix the AC. There was no AC in the loby area during my 5 days stay. And the room was dim, they should replace the light. The lift 's floor is cracked and not repaired. Overall the bulding management is bad.

Kamarnya gede. Tapi karna saya ambil kamar yg no window, jadi kamar agak remang karna minim lampu, dan suasana kamar jadi agak suram karna perabotan serba warna hitam. Generally, oke.

Spacious, clean, brand-new (?) Room. Walking distance to Gurney ' s area, we really enjoy the walks, street attraction and food at night time. Gleaneagles Hospital ' s around the corner. Welling pharmacy ' s our neighbour, so we did lots of medicine and supplement hunting. Glad we chose this hotel for our trip this time.

Very bad parking, room dusty, room furnishings sorely need refurbishment, water leaking from tiles/wall in toilet, toilet door handle lose, TV channels limited, towels very old. Overall need to do major refurbishment/repair/restoration.

Hotel bau apek kurang bersih. Dan waktu saya dan istri di kamar pelayan bisa bisanya buka pintu kamar tanpa ketuk dahulu atau mengetahui tamu lagi berada di luar hotel.
